Do I need the SalonX app?
The public website explains SalonX, while customer account, availability and booking actions are handled in the protected SalonX app.
Can I see salon services and prices?
You can view branch services, duration and prices where the salon has published and activated that information.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the current product flow and applicable policy. Use the options shown for your booking or contact official SalonX support once available.
How do I contact support?

Not yet. SalonX activates cities progressively, and live discovery appears only where product data indicates availability.

Once approved, operationally configured and live, a salon can receive appointment activity through the SalonX partner experience.
How do I update services and prices?
Approved partners configure supported services, prices, duration, staff and availability within the protected SalonX partner app.
